SECHA provides advocacy services to promote affordable housing for the workforce and residents of southeastern Connecticut. A regional approach is used to analyze housing issues with emphasis on the shortage of affordable housing. Our opportunity is to assist municipalities, developers, community leaders, and others with information to create additional housing options, and remove barriers to affordable housing. Our role as a facilitator is to bring together diverse housing constituencies to address imbalances to help solve housing shortages in southeastern CT.
